Normally adding work or task to your current portfolio will come with responsibility. So what are the choices you have with when you are being approach by your boss or colleague?
- You can either reject outright with or without reasons;
- You can accept with complaints;
- You can accept with wholeheartedly.
Most people will see this added responsible as burden and hence, try to avoid if not reject straight away. However, most people don’t see the opportunity that taking up new tasks and responsibility is in fact equip ourselves for next higher level and new challenges.

- Be prepared to accept job enrichment, new skills, new process and additional works
- Be prepared to accept job enlargement, additional works
