I am not sure how many of us here do keep a personal organizer to keep all your working and daily schedule. Well, if you happen to keep one, then there is a simple test for you to help you understand yourself better. That’s doesn’t mean those who don’t keep their schedule cannot try.

Your scheduler

There’s an old saying “What you’re doing speaks so loudly I cannot hear what you are saying”. If you are saying that your primary value is putting your family fist, but if time with your family is not all over your schedule, well then the truth is your family life is not your first priority. Likewise, if you are saying your goals are to achieve success in term of personal development and financial freedom, but if the time you spent on these two goals are not occupy 2/3 of your schedule, the chances are these are not your first priority and these goals are not really matter to you.

There can be no authentic and lasting success if your daily schedule is misaligned with your deepest values or goals you are chasing. If there is a gap between what you do and what you intend to achieve, you are out of integrity. Hence, the greater the gap between your daily commitment and the deepest values or goals, the less likely your life will work. This is just like when you watching video which is not congruent with the audio.

So your schedule is the best barometer for what you truly value and believe to be important. Start to look at your past schedule tonight and you will find out why some parts in your life doesn’t work, being relationship, self development, wealth, health etc.
