Do you think is easy to master what our mind? There are thousands of thoughts flow through our mind every seconds. That’s why, so many motivation, spiritual gurus have put their efforts to break the most inner part of our soul. That’s why Gary van Warmerdam in his mind affect happiness highlighted that as humans we live in two worlds. There is the external physical world of work, family and friends that we travel in. Then there is the world of our mind and imagination. It is a virtual reality that can appear and feel just as real. When it comes to your emotions the virtual world of your mind can be more real.
So here are some of the ways that I learned from my mentors, which I would like to share with you.Cultivate our mind - It will blossom beyond our expectation.
How? Is this the first question you are going to ask? Well, there are few key points you need to take note.
- Concentration, when we concentrate our tremendous power on definite, meaningful objectives, we will quickly ignite the flames of our personal potential and produce startling results!
- Focus on positive thought. Again, I am highlighting this positive thoughts here, as there is no other that can damaged our mind as badly as negative thoughts, such as I am not good enough, I can’t do it etc
- Take away your Bad Habits. A bad habit in our mind can cultivate to act as a crutch when we are performing a tedious task! Don’t believe? Have you ever had an afternoon at the office reading your dry reports and your minds start to wander? Stop this straight away.
- The magic of visualization, Affirmation and Hypnosis. If you have not try any one of these technique by now! I think you should take a serious look again.

- Let go. There is no mistake, only lessons. So always remember that mistake will create negative thoughts in our minds. Whereas lessons will help us learn.
I still remembered the book I came across quoted saying ” Every second you spend thinking about someone else’s dreams you are taking your time from your own”
The quality of our life is determined by the quality of our thoughts. So start master your thoughts from today onward.
“Whether you think you can or think you can’t, you are right”.
