1. Leaders have their own fears

All the famous leaders in the world have their own fears, in one way or others. What you don’t know is how to overcome fears! which can be overcome by training and experience over time. That’s made them a leader

Leaders must not be genuine. In fact, most of the leaders are not genuine, but they know how to use the resources among the people and achieve Great results.

3. Leaders are not born

Although certain people seem to be born with innate leadership qualities, without the right environment and exposure, they may fail to develop their full potential. Like swimming, you can also learn how to become a leader and hone your leadership abilities.

4. Leaders have their limitation

Each leaders in the world, have faced difficulty or limitation one way or another in their whole life.  But what made them a leader was that they were able to overcome their limitation and turn into strengths and opportunities.

5. Leaders don’t understand problems

Most leaders don’t understand problems, but they believe in possibilities. Problem will only limit our ability to move, change. Possibilities are the ways to open to new choices and different results.

6. Leader is a gambler

Most leaders are the gambler, as they don’t know the outcome of their decision! Isn’t life is full of uncertainty? But what most leaders have are Vision, Beliefs and Determination, that guild their leadership journey.
