I have recently created a thread in this forum, to challenge myself! What’s that? I have committed to work on 3 different challenging tasks in 3 continuous morning! 6am in the morning! It might not be challenging to you! But it is definitely for me as I have not been wake up at 6am in the morning for last 2 years.
Why I do this?
The reason being to commit myself to step out of comfort zone, to try something new and reconnect myself again! Only when we challenges ourselves, we will able to wake up the burning energy hide inside our inner self.
This will also help me to uplift my beliefs by actual facts! Like I don’t believe I can run 10km within 1 hour, and the fact was I did that, with the right attitude and mindset! The challenges also open up new possibilities to me!
Likewise, to achieve our personal goals, we have to face various of challenges. A correct and positive attitude in whatever we do will definitely help us to overcome the challenges and our personal goals with ease.
7 Positive Attitudes Toward Our Dreams
Over years, I have gather from my personal experiences, my mentors and teachers on how to shape our thoughts toward correct and positive attitude. Here are some tips which I called 7 positive attitude toward Our Dreams:-
1. Take passionate action towards living your life by design. Talk is cheap. Action = deposits in the bank of a passionately authentic future. Without it, passion is void.
This is a perfect example where I started the thread, and walk the talk by complete the three morning madness, which I designed for myself, and this will become my monthly routine.
2. Commit to yourself as well as those you love to create powerfully a life you can love. Reacting is always after event, which is always a catching up game. Commitment, on the other hand, is forefront to creating from your heart and soul, out of love rather than fear. Similarly, the reason that I posted it in my forum is to commit myself, with the world that I am going to create this, leave no excuse for myself.
3. Recognize and embrace the thought that each moment is perfect regardless of its outcome. Every time you hit on something that may appear too extreme, why not give it a shot and see if it will work. You will be surprised to see of there are other ways to get the task done in time. As I highlighted in my thread, recognize the moment, I opened myself to so many new possibilities, like treated each 2km as one target instead of 10km. Met with 2 to 3 people at one time instead of one by one! I never thought of that before.
4. Use a Passion Formula of Recognize/Reevaluate/Restore in place of the Shoulda/Woulda/Coulda whirlwind. The former is based in increased knowledge and abundance while the latter focuses on scarcity and lack. As you face people or tasks that may seem harder than scaling the summit of the Himalayas, allow yourself to realize that the task is just as important as giving out orders to your subordinates. You would rather be richly passionate!
5. Believe that you are the architect of your destiny. No one can take your passionate future from you except for you! Create your life authentically. As long as there’s still breath in your body, there is no end to how much you can accomplish in a lifetime. The concept of thinking big is all about enjoying your work, which would lead to celebrate a discovery that is born within your hands. Watch everything flow into place with perfect, passionate precision.
6. Dwell completely in a place of gratitude. Learn to utilize what you have in your hands and make use of it in the most constructive way. Slipping into neediness will become less of a habit when you repeatedly shift towards gratitude, away from poverty consciousness.
7. Keep humor at the forefront of thought, laughing at and with yourself when possible. You might find this is funny, but life has so much to offer to allow you to mope around in self pity. Humor is very attractive, very passionate: life-giving.
Lastly, let me shared this with you. If you think your life is a marathon game, which has a start time and end time. How do you want to play this game? You can play with self pity , stressful ways, or you can play with fun and passionate ways! Your choice to what attitudes will determine how you play this game!
